Construction Management services to expedite Steelmaking Emission Project.

Construction of a 7,000 square foot clubhouse for the In-Pact organization that provides housing and training for mentally and physically handicapped individuals.

Construction Management Services to coordinate contractor activities during Blast Furnace Reline.

Medical facility in Chicago. SDB worked with the owner to retrofit the existing design to fit the needs of the doctors using the facility. The project was finished ahead of schedule to the delight of the customer.

This 7,000 square foot build-out for the Wise Way grocery store chain. This prototype liquor store with state of the art graphics and an incredible level of customer service. We were challenged with a short window of time for construction but met all customer expectations.
